Q
As a writer do you prefer using a pen name or real name?
Why?
A
My pen name is part of my real name.
Q
Which genre do you normally write? Are you comfortable
going out of your comfort zone?
A
At this time I prefer paranormal romance but I’ve
dabble in other areas.
Q
How old are you? Male or female?
A
Female,
Old enough to know better but young enough not to care.
Q
Do you like cats or dogs?
.
A
I prefer cats but I have a lab at the moment.
Q
Tell me something about you that no one else knows.
A
Ah, aren’t you a budding Barbra Walter. If I told
you I would have to kill you. That’s not a good way to start a friendship.
Q
Are you married, dating, or single? If you’re married or
dating; have you ever cheated on your spouse or significant other? If you’re
single; do you like to play the field?
A I was happily married at a young age. When you find
your true love, you don’t let them go, even when they beg from behind a locked
closet door. (insert evil laugh) I’m getting ready to celebrate my 25th anniversary.
Nope, I’m a loyal dog. As for the players, I let my characters have that fun.
Q
Have you ever contemplated suicide? If so, why did you
feel that was your only option?
A
Look at you with all the hard hitting questions. At
an early dark time in my life, I approached that fork in the road. You either
lie down and let the world beat you or pull up your bootstraps and fight back
down to your last breath. I was determined not to let the world get the best of
me.
Q
Have you ever been in trouble in school? At work? At home?
A Hey, my
horns hold my halo up.
Q
Did you have siblings growing up? If so, how many?
A
That’s a
no
Q
Did you have siblings later in life? If so, how many and
at what age did you get them? Were they adopted?
A
Q
Where do you get your inspiration?
A
If I can touch, taste, hear, see or dream it, it’s
inspiration. A glass of wine doesn’t hurt either.
Q
How do your approach your writing? Are more OCD? Plan
everything out with outlines and what amounts to storyboards? Or do you just
fly by the seat of your pants and work everything out as it comes?
A
The outline is in my head. I don’t have time to
write it down. What time I can steal to write, is dedicated to the total story.
Q
Do you like horror movies? Comedy? Pick your poison.
A
Ah the cinema, my love, my kryptonite. I love all
but I have to say I am SCIFI at heart.
Q
Do you enjoy certain types of books, but like to write in
another genre? If so, why?
A
I’m hooked on the paranormal romances right now like
Charlene Harris and Gina Showalter for example. I love fantasy like Robert
Jordan but I have to give big props to the master Steven King. They all
influence my writing.
Q
What are you currently working on? Do you have any novels?
A
I’m working on a series called ‘Forever Hunting’.
Book one ‘A Hunter’s Evolution’ is finished and on the WC website. I’ve just
started on the second book ‘A Hunter’s Adversary’. Please check them out and
give me your thoughts.
Q
Anything else that you would like to say before we end?
A
I have to say there is a great variety of talent
here on this website and a lot of people that are willing to help if you ask
for it. Stay true to yourself and write from the heart, no matter what your
story is about.
