Updates

I wanted to update everyone on what has been going on this weekend. The writing is moving along wonderfully!
I managed to get three short stories done:
The temporary cover for Dreamland Theater.
*      Secret Affair -- A man tells his wife he's being blackmailed and shows her the proof.
*      Perfect -- Beth and Jason love each other. She thinks he's perfect.
*      Early Morning in the Woods --Aimee Michele is taking her three daughters; Judi, Meeghan, and Maddie May, into the woods for some mother/daughter time. She knows that they're in danger of turning into rotten kids, but Aimee Michele also knows what the power of nature can do.
They only took a few days to write and helped me get over the small bout of writer’s block I was having. I’ve been working almost nonstop on handwriting the chapters of Fake and typing them up so that they can be read. I am putting Trea Bella-Donna, the novella companion to Fake, on temporary hold until after Fake is done.
Temporary cover for Sai.
I have decided that Thursday and Friday I will be handwriting my chapters, Saturday and Sunday I will be typing them up, and on Monday I will be catching up on my reading. That may not seem like a big thing, but I think it will help me to get caught up on everything.
I have several novels in the works:
*      Fake -- Addyson and the other detectives are back. This time they are hunting a killer of teenage girls. They are a small group of rich kids that live or have lived on the river. They all share a secret.
Could one of them be the killer?
*      Trea Bella-Donna -- This begins five months before FAKE and picks up where FAKE begins.
*      Sai -- The story of Sai, how she became a vampire, and dealing with child rearing.
*      Dreamland Theater --  Marie has a theater and a dream, but someone is trying to ruin that with murder.
Temporary cover for Twelve Months.
*      Endless Soul -- Many have questioned that we are reborn. That we have not one, but many lives.
The lives of these women proves it.
The soul starts out as Circe Yannis of Ancient Greece. She's married to a wonderful man named Adonis until one day her life changes.
It continues to Ancient Persia in the form of young Amari Mandana. There she encounters numerous hardships.
From Ancient Persia to Ireland. There is Aislin Quinlain. She lives long and has a very happy life.
In Italy, Italia Nico has it easy. She comes from a long line of aristocrats and has the attitude and money to prove it.
Scotland brings Marnie Dougal and her trip on the infamous
Titanic.
Finally in modern America, Pennsylvania Wylie and how she comes to find the connection between herself and these extraordinary women.
Temporary cover for Trea Bella-Donna,
*      Twelve Months -- Twelve months, six couples, one crazy story
As of right now I have put everything put Fake on hold and any short stories that pop up. The second I get the novel done I am going to finish up Trea Bella-Donna and try to work on one of the above novels. Maybe Twelve months. I dunno yet.
            That’s all for now.

Once Upon a Time Finale Review

Once Upon A Time
Season Finale Review

Emma arrives at August's (Pinocchio) room.
Tonight was the first season finale of Once Upon A Time. The entire season led up to this episode. There are so many unanswered questions: Will Henry survive the poison apple tart? Will Emma begin to believe? Will the curse be broken?
Every question is answered and then some.
When Emma empties out Henry’s backpack to see what he could have ingested (Dr. Whale and Emma have no clue what happened) she spies his fairytale book. That’s when she believes. Every scene that occurred between Prince Charming (David) and Snow White (Mary Margaret) flashes in Emma’s mind including her birth and name.
Emma and Regina (The Evil Queen) arrive at Henry's side
seconds too late.
The minute she hears Regina (Evil Queen) Emma pulls her aside and lets her know that she knows the truth. After that they head to see Mr. Gold (Rumplestiltskin) and see if he has any magic left. He tells them he does and gives Emma Prince Charming’s sword and Regina takes Emma to what looks like the post office, and sends her down into the basement. There is Maleficent trapped in her dragon form. Emma kills her and gets the potion.
When she returns to the surface, Mr. Gold tricks her into giving him the potion. As she unties Regina to go after him the hospital calls and they return. Once there Dr. Whale tells them that Henry is gone.
Emma enters the trauma room and bends over Henry. She tells him that she loves him and gives him a kiss. Then what we’ve been waiting for all season long happens THE CURSE IS BROKEN! *happy dance*
Regina can't deal with the loss of Henry.
While all of this is going on; Jefferson (The Mad Hatter) frees Mr. Gold’s happy ending, Belle. She goes to him and he promises to protect her. After which he takes her to a well in the woods and drops the potion into it.
The show ends with the clock in the square stopping on 8:15 the same time at which it started.
* * *
          Now for my review.
I have to say that I loved this episode more than any other.  There was so much happening. Every question was answered. Everything you wanted to happen does.
Emma realizes who she is. Emma saves Storybrooke from the curse. Emma saves Henry.
Emma grieves for Henry.
I cried just about through the whole thing. I cried when Charming saved Snow in Fairytale Land. I cried when they reconnected in the modern world. I cried when Henry died and when Emma brought him back with a mother’s kiss.
I thought that the episode was well written and carefully planned. The storyline was amazing, the action was awesome, and there was finally a happy ending!
I can’t wait to see what happens next season. I just wish we didn’t have to wait until September to find out.

Attention!

Well, I'm already behind on new blogs, so here it is.
I've been working tonight on getting some new short stories written and posted. They've been written quickly and probably have a ton of mistakes, but that's okay. Even the best authors make mistakes that get published. Makes the writing believable.
Work has been quiet and dull.
I hope to have news to share soon.
